Shipping & Returns

At SkyScan we want your shopping experience to be excellent. As such we will help resolve any issues you have with our products in a timely fashion.

Unwanted Goods

Refunds, exchanges and returns may only be made within 10 DAYS of receiving the merchandise. In order for full credit to be refunded, merchandise must be in new, unused and unworn condition. Should this not be the case then a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the goods to us and the cost of shipping the item to you may not be entirely refundable, depending on the shipping method you chose.

 


Faulty Goods

Our manufacturers are selected for their commitment to excellent customer service, in the unlikely event of an item arriving in faulty condition our customers should contact us for assistance and inform us of the issues with the product.

Faulty product may be returned only at the advice of the manufacturers and with a valid manufacturer RMA number or a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply.

Where possible SkyScan will pay for shipping a replacement item to you.

Goods Damaged In Transit

For items damaged in transit the following should be carried out:-

1) notify SkyScan within 24 hours of recipt of an item damaged in transit
2) retain all packaging the item was shipped in
3) if the packaging is obviously damaged, only sign for the items as 'Damaged Packaging, items not inspected'
4) if the packaging and goods inside are obviously severely damaged refuse the delivery entirely.

Should you not follow the above procedure, you may be liable for a restocking fee of up to 50%.
